Happy Easter!

We had so much fun this weekend, and I actually took lots of pictures, so decided I should finally update our blog! (After all, it's only been 5 months since my last post!)

Gigi had lots of fun "diagram"-ing her Easter eggs.

(I'm not really sure where she learned the word "diagram," but every time I said anything about "dying"eggs, she would reply "Yeah, lets diagram eggs!")

 

After decorating eggs, it was time for a run thru the sprinklers with daddy...

(Please excuse my nudist daughter.  She's never been a big fan of clothes, and hates being sweaty more than anything, so now that we live in hot and humid Houston, she rarely wears clothes at home.)

On Sunday we got dressed up in our Easter clothes and went to visit the Easter Bunny for an egg hunt at the local high school.

 

I know it may not look like Emi was a huge fan of the Easter Bunny, but she was.  She LOVED him and kept pointing to him and wanting to go touch him and kiss him and have him hold her.  Of course, when we pulled out the camera, her smiles disappeared. (Murphy's law of photography or something!)

Gigi actually gave the Easter Bunny a hug for the first time this year, but I think she was still a little nervous so it was a quick hug... too quick for a picture. Maybe next year!

And since it's impossible to take a family picture with a tripod when you have two little mischevious munchkins, we've resorted to taking turns with the camera...

As I was editing these photos, I found the pictures from last Easter.  And since I never uploaded any of them, I thought I'd include a few here...
